Job Summary
Provide direct clinical supervision and frontline administrative oversight of clinical services within assigned geographical locations while maintaining a caseload adjusted for direct reports. Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned clinicians, ensuring effective workflow, clinical coverage, and alignment with agency standards through individual and group supervision. Monitor clinical practice, review documentation for compliance, and consult on complex cases, level of care decisions, and crisis situations. Conduct intake assessments, provide therapy services, develop treatment plans, and coordinate client transitions with families, schools, and community partners. Co-lead team meetings, participate in audits, and represent Wedgwood Christian Services in community outreach and professional networking.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- independent clinical licensure
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- proof of full license certification in applicant's field of study
- CAADC, CCS and/or MCBAP certifications
- development plan for certifications
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Clinical experience working with children, adolescents and/or families
- valid driver's license
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially using Outlook, Word, Excel, and customized databases
- Subscription to the Statement of Faith of Wedgwood Christian Services
- agreement with the goal, purpose, and objectives of the agency
Desired Qualifications
- Additional therapeutic certifications (i.e. DBT, TFCBT, etc.)
- Prior experience working with an interdisciplinary team
