Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the Staying OnTrack program, ensuring a client-centered, trauma-informed approach in delivering behavioral health services. Essential duties include supervising clinical staff, conducting training, implementing evidence-based practices, managing crisis situations, and performing quality assurance audits. Candidates must possess a New York State License as a Mental Health Counselor and have experience in clinical supervision, with a focus on compliance and collaboration with regulatory bodies.
Required Qualifications
- New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor
- Minimum of one year of clinical supervision experience preferred
- Knowledge of Part 599 regulations for NYS OMH licensed Article 31 clinics
- Experience working with justice-involved individuals with behavioral health needs helpful
Additional Requirements
- Maintenance of licensure and current registration is mandatory for continued employment
