Job Summary
Conduct tele-health sessions on our platform while delivering comprehensive patient assessments and assisting in treatment planning. Develop meaningful connections with clients and provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs. Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist. This unrestricted, fully licensed therapist role offers flexibility in scheduling, caseload stability, and continuous case consultation with senior leadership. We provide structured onboarding, access to BBS-compliant supervision tools, and direction from clinical leadership regarding regulations and risk management. Collaborate with a diverse team of LMFTs, LPCCs, NPs, and LCSWs within a collaborative, mission-driven environment committed to equitable, trauma-informed care.
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted independent license (LMFT, LCSW or LPCC) in good standing
- Must be able to provide tele-health sessions
- 2+ years of direct care experience with adult individuals
- Must be willing to become licensed in California if not currently licensed in the state of California
Desired Qualifications
- Previous telemedicine experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
