Job Summary
Develop and oversee new clinical services or models of care to meet community needs, ensuring timely client access through efficient admissions, discharges, and case assignments. Provide direct services including intakes and crisis interventions, while leading implementation of evidence-based treatments in partnership with training departments. Supervise licensed staff through performance appraisals, training, and development, and conduct quality assurance activities such as chart reviews and utilization management. Manage administrative functions to ensure regulatory compliance and fiscal viability, including facilitating case conferences and monitoring billing via electronic databases. This leadership role supports the Jewish Board's Community Behavioral Health programs in delivering compassionate, person-centered services to individuals and families.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in human services
- New York State clinical licensure in the following, LCSW, LMHC, or LCAT
- Solid clinical skills
- knowledgeable of evidence-based practices
- Excellent organizational skills

- Experience working with electronic medical records
- proficient with use of Microsoft Office
