Clinical Supervisor Telemetry

Oversee nursing operations on the telemetry unit by assigning staff based on acuity, managing patient care, and ensuring continuous cardiac monitoring safety. Interpret telemetry strips to identify arrhythmias, initiate interventions, and act as the clinical expert for staff concerns or resource shortages. Provide direct hands-on care for high-acuity or deteriorating patients when needed. Coordinate staff assignments and facilitate communication to support both patients and the team during the 12-hour day shift.
