Clinical Supervisor - Survivor Services

Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor for Survivor Services will maintain a small caseload providing clinical services to trauma survivors and offer clinical and administrative supervision to staff and students. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality clinical services, developing training programs, participating in consultation groups, managing clinical records, and contributing to the financial health of the agency. Candidates must possess a Master's degree, relevant Pennsylvania licensure, and significant experience in trauma treatment and supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or better in a field related to clinical work
- Must have one of the following licenses in Pennsylvania: Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Psychologist
- 5+ years of experience providing trauma treatment
- 2+ years of experience providing supervision, training, and consultation to clinicians and/or students
