Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor leads care delivery in a stepdown unit using the nursing process, ensures appropriate staffing and bed management, mentors and coaches staff, promotes a positive work environment, and drives quality, performance improvement, and regulatory/compliance initiatives. Requires an active RN license, 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, and certification/credentials including AHA Healthcare Provider; TNCC, ACLS, and ENPC or PALS as applicable. Sign-on bonus available for full-time incumbents.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- AHA Healthcare Provider (required or within probation)
- TNCC, ACLS, and ENPC or PALS (as applicable)
