Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor will manage a group of licensed clinicians, supervise training and quality assurance to ensure services align with best practices; assist Clinical Director in staff development; facilitate weekly group treatment and maintain a caseload; develop curricula and scheduling; apply multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) within regulatory frameworks; ensure documentation meets Joint Commission and DHCS standards; collaborate with referrals and stakeholders; operate in a fully remote US-based role; strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Must be independently licensed mental health counselor
- Experience leading clinical teams to supervise clinicians
- Proficiency with cloud-based communication tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/survey software
- Work authorization in the United States and fluent English
- Experience with a wide age range (children, teens, young adults, adults)
- Ability to manage a caseload and facilitate weekly group treatment (minimum 15 hours)
- Familiarity with DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification is a plus
- Knowledge of Joint Commission and DHCS standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and professional ethics/Baseline confidentiality
- Ability to develop curriculum and clinical schedules
- Networking with referral sources
- Crisis management responsibilities in IOP settings
- Experience with virtual care and telehealth operations
- Leadership experience in clinical settings (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP)
