Job Summary
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinical staff and interns while delivering direct clinical services to clients with substance use needs. Manage day-to-day clinical operations, including oversight of service delivery, quality assurance, program evaluation, and regulatory compliance. Ensure accurate, timely completion of client treatment records and billing paperwork. Document supervisory sessions and meet monthly productivity expectations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues and the Program Director to review clinical program design and implement improvement recommendations. Verify that supervisees uphold the Code of Conduct and comply with federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed NYSED Qualified Health Professional (QHP)
- Licensed NYSED in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
- Prior management/supervisory experience

- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Team player and ability to work independently with good time management, writing and communication skills
- Interpersonal skills: ability to supervise, coach, mentor, develop, train and teach mental health therapists, substance use counselors and other clinical discipline providers
- Ability to implement and monitor policy and procedure in accordance with agency and program guidelines
