Job Summary
Oversee the outpatient clinical team by providing direct supervision and direction on assigned caseloads, ensuring compliance and quality in work product. Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for adults with serious mental illness or children/adolescents with emotional disturbances to facilitate individual plans of service and person-centered planning. Analyze performance data to recommend strategies for improvement while assisting with education, outreach, and legal proceedings including testifying in clinical emergencies. Meet with persons served face-to-face as medically necessary to support consumer involvement in care planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree required (LBSW)
- previous mental health case manager experience
- Valid Michigan Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning in Social Work
- Licensed Master Social Worker LLMSW or LMSW
