Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor leads supervision and coordination of clinical treatment services for RS EDEN Recovery programs, overseeing a team providing direct participant services (LADC, ADC-T, and SUD interns) in a trauma-responsive, ethical framework aligned with DHS/MDH licensing. Responsibilities include supervision and training of clinicians, directing staff meetings and evaluations, ensuring ASAM criteria are applied for appropriate level of care, maintaining program quality and compliance (245G, HIPAA, 42CFR), coordinating daily schedules, participating in hiring and policy development, liaising with other service providers, and safeguarding PHI. The role requires strong organizational skills, crisis-management capability, and the ability to foster a positive, safe work environment. Requires Minnesota LADC license, a 4-year degree, 3+ years in SUD treatment delivery, and a BBHT-approved LADC Supervisor designation; preferred candidates may hold a Master’s degree, have EHR proficiency, and relevant certifications. The position is on-site in Minneapolis, MN, with annual salary in the mid-80s to low-90s, and includes comprehensive benefits.
