Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor, RN on Weekend Nights coordinates placement of patients and staff, assists clinical staff with patient care and unit activities, facilitates staff attendance at meetings, participates in education/orientation of unit staff, may participate in hiring and performance activities, and oversees unit operations while performing staff nurse duties as needed due to patient acuity. The role includes involvement in scheduling, budgeting, and participation in Nursing/Medical Center committees; requires an accredited nursing program education, active RN license in the state of practice, 2–3 years of patient care experience, and CPR certification. Weekend night shift option includes a $20/hr incentive and additional shift differentials; benefits include tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Two or three years' experience in patient care
- CPR certification
