Job Summary
Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating operations and patient care for designated areas while serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients. Function as a staff nurse in the department as needed and assume managerial duties delegated by a manager. Perform all duties consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards. This full-time role includes weekend nights (Fri-Sun, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with a $20/hr. bonus and shift differentials. Experienced nurses are encouraged to apply for this position at Mercy.
