Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise the daily workload of district nurses and Home Health Aides to ensure quality home health services; perform case management of patient load; evaluate staff performance during probationary period and annually; review initial intake screening to determine appropriateness of home care; ensure regulatory compliance and maintain standards; provide direct patient care leadership and coordinate staff scheduling to optimize agency resources.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arkansas Registered Nursing License (RN)
- Home Health experience with strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- Home Care Home Base and Pointcare experience required
- Direct patient care service leadership experience
