Clinical Supervisor - RN

Lead multi-site clinical operations by managing patient flow, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and overseeing team schedules to ensure clinic efficiency. Provide strategic day-to-day supervision of the Clinical team and Providers, resolving clinical concerns with empathy while maintaining accurate records and compliance with OSHA and legal standards. Oversee inventory of clinical supplies and vaccines for the VFC program, manage clinical budgets including personnel costs, and monitor workflows to address variances. Collaborate with the Patient Access team to facilitate seamless operations and implement evidence-based practice guidelines. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations while contributing to ongoing professional developments within the pediatric practice.
