Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor (RN) in Home Health on Oahu leads and supports RNs, LPNs, therapists, and home health aides to ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include supervising staff, guiding clinical delivery, conducting supervisory visits and competency evaluations, reviewing patient assessments and plans of care, ensuring services align with physician orders, maintaining Medicare/agency standards, participating in QA/QI initiatives, aiding staffing coordination, and joining on-call coverage as needed. Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and ability to travel to patient homes are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current Hawaii RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
