Clinical Supervisor RN 4C Nights Medical Telemetry

Manage chronic and acute cardiac patients in the 4C unit, balancing telemetry needs while overseeing multisystem cases including heart failure, sepsis, and respiratory distress. Coordinate patient flow and bed management with the Staffing Office to ensure appropriate staffing levels. Lead direct and indirect care providers through mentorship, policy adherence, and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with physicians and administrative personnel to enhance care delivery and financial goals. Requires current RN license, 3-5 years of hospital experience, and certifications in ACLS/ALS, TNCC, and ENPC/PALS.
