Clinical Supervisor RN 4C Nights Medical Telemetry

Conduct daily clinical supervision for the medical cardiac population, managing chronic and acute onset diseases while balancing telemetry and cardiac management needs. Ensure units are appropriately staffed and proactively address patient flow and bed management issues in collaboration with the Staffing Office. Hold direct and indirect care providers accountable for professional responsibilities and adherence to policy, regulatory guidelines, and Mercy Service Standards. Lead process improvements by providing mentorship and guidance to direct patient care providers, fostering a culture of servant leadership and shared vision. Evaluate staff performance in collaboration with the Clinical Manager as directed.
