Clinical Supervisor RN 4C Nights Medical Telemetry

Assure delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective care and ensure efficient utilization of resources to meet productivity and financial goals. Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes across the continuum and ensure units are appropriately staffed for patient care. Proactively manage patient flow and bed management issues in collaboration with the Staffing Office. Lead by modeling professional standards, displaying a positive attitude, and engaging co-workers to become leaders of change. Challenge current processes, provide mentorship and guidance to direct patient care providers, and hold staff accountable for adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines. Participate in the evaluation process in collaboration with the Clinical Manager.
