Assure delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective care by ensuring efficient resource utilization and appropriate unit staffing. Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to communicate and improve processes across the continuum while proactively managing patient flow and bed management issues. Inspire a shared vision by modeling professional standards, providing mentorship and guidance to direct patient care providers, and holding them accountable for adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines. Participate in the evaluation process in collaboration with the Clinical Manager.
