Clinical Supervisor RN 4A Full Time Nights

Conduct safe, high-quality, cost-effective care delivery by ensuring units are appropriately staffed and managing patient flow and bed management issues with the Staffing Office. Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to communicate and improve processes across the continuum while holding direct and indirect care providers accountable for professional responsibilities and policy adherence. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to enable change by challenging current processes and connecting with co-workers through servant leadership.
