Clinical Supervisor RN 4A Cardiac Med Intermediate

Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective care and efficiently utilize resources to meet productivity and financial goals. Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes across the continuum and ensure units are appropriately staffed for patient care. Proactively manage patient flow and bed management issues with the Staffing Office while holding direct and indirect care providers accountable for professional responsibilities and policy adherence. Provide mentorship, guidance, and recognition to co-workers, enabling them to promote change and demonstrate professional standards. Participate in the evaluation process in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. Requires current RN license, 3-5 years of hospital experience, and ACLS/ENPC or PALS certification.
