Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor (RN) in Home Health on Oahu leads clinical staff, ensures quality patient care, and drives compliance and continuous improvement. The role involves supervising RNs, LPNs, therapists, and home health aides; providing clinical guidance; reviewing patient assessments and plans of care; ensuring services align with physician orders and Medicare/agency standards; conducting supervisory visits and competency evaluations; assisting with staff orientation and training; reviewing OASIS documentation for accuracy; participating in QA activities, QAPI, and performance improvement initiatives; coordinating care and supporting on-call coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current Hawaii RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of ambulatory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable insured vehicle
- Ability to travel to patient homes and perform supervisory visits
