Clinical Supervisor, Registered Dietitian

Job Summary
Provide leadership and supervision for an interdisciplinary virtual clinical team of Social Workers and Registered Dietitians, coordinating assessments, care planning, and targeted interventions for patients across multiple states via telephonic and virtual care; develop staff, optimize clinician workflow and performance, ensure high-quality care, and uphold clinical standards through ongoing QA reviews and collaboration with cross-functional partners. Requires CDR-registered Dietitian credential, current state licensure, and experience in renal or chronic disease care; strong skills in leadership, coaching, performance management, and using EHR/telehealth platforms.
Required Qualifications
- CDR Registered Dietitian credential
- Current state licensure
- Experience in renal care, chronic disease management, or related clinical care management
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience leading and developing clinical teams
- Proficiency with EHRs and telehealth platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA) and patient confidentiality
- Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations
