Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor (Psychologist) role at Applewood Centers in Cleveland, OH. Provides clinical and administrative supervision to outpatient therapists, APA Interns, postdocs, and practicum students; oversees psychological assessments and report writing; ensures adherence to licensing/accreditation standards; leads staff development and implementation of evidence-based models; coordinates with Internship Committee and intake coordination; maintains supervision records and monitors staff productivity; participates in QA/QC reviews and cross-departmental projects; engages with schools, juvenile justice, and community partners. Requires doctoral degree in psychology, Ohio psychologist license, 4+ years mental health experience with at least 1 year supervisory; full-time, salary around 70k with potential sign-on bonus; Ohio-based agency serving children, adolescents, and families. Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in psychology
- Licensed Psychologist in the State of Ohio
- Minimum of four (4) years experience in a mental health setting with a minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience
- Demonstrated clinical experience in psychological assessment
