Job Summary
Develop and manage policies and procedures to ensure effective client care while fostering a positive, trauma-informed culture. Use data to assess service trends, risks, and outcomes, overseeing clinical processes and team performance. Lead client evaluations, treatment planning, and ensure compliance with licensing standards, maintaining accurate documentation. Hire, train, and mentor staff, providing regular feedback and supporting professional growth. Ensure confidentiality, promote respectful communication, and monitor health and safety standards across the team. This role collaboratively meets budgeted census projections and guides daily decision-making within the Southeast Regional Crisis Center.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Services, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or clinically related field
- Must be on track for licensure - if on social work track, must have LGSW
- Experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or clinical experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must meet state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements
- Must successfully pass a DHS criminal background check
- Must be open to meeting the cultural needs of individuals or communities, considering factors such as language, traditions, and values
Desired Qualifications
- Five (5) years' experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or residential experience
- Two (2) years supervisory experience
