Job Summary
Per Diem Clinical Supervisor responsibilities include on-site supervisory and teaching visits to evaluate caregivers, provide clinical orientation to caregivers on assigned home care cases, participate in training of new nurses and in-services for field staff, perform initial nursing assessments, counsel patients/caregivers in meeting nursing and related needs, assign and coordinate services, assist physician in developing and revising treatment plans, prepare clinical progress notes, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, and monitor clinical records for complete documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- CPR certification
- 1 year of RN experience
- 1 year of home care experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
