Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor for subway outreach case management team (ILSs) in Penn Station and Grand Central Station. Oversees day-to-day operations, supervising engagement, assessment, placement, and follow-up with chronic/high-profile homeless individuals; ensures up-to-date charts including psychiatric evaluations, narrative psychosocials, housing plans, and applications; evaluates clients for potential removal under Mental Hygiene Law 9.58; participates in clinical management meetings and case conferences; prepares monthly and other required reports; provides CPR/First Aid or overdose prevention protocol as needed. LCSW supervision hours available. Full-time role (37.5 hours/week) with Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm. Required Qualifications
- MSW required
- LMSW and be able to get 9.58 removal designation preferred
- Contingent on obtaining LMSW license
- Experience with homeless, street/subway homeless and MICA population strongly preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Must have valid driver's license
- Bilingual preferred including Spanish, Polish, Russian, Chinese, Korean or other language
- Basic computer literacy required
- CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR
