Job Summary
Provide hands-on leadership, supervision, and support to clinical staff while acting as a representative during interventions, court hearings, and school/community meetings. Review client charts to ensure quality service delivery and accurate treatment plans, address complaints, and resolve problems. Deliver direct counseling to an assigned caseload and participate in occasional evening visits to client homes. Maintain on-call availability on a rotating schedule with Monday-to-Friday hours, including flexible shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM, with mornings spent virtually for paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in the state of IL
- Willing and able to become licensed within six (6) months of hire
- Minimum of one (1) year of direct experience providing services to children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic environment
- Valid State Driver's License
- Automobile insurance
- On-call availability on a rotating schedule
