Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary
Review patient information and clinical diagnoses to assign appropriate clinicians and develop care plans. Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including therapists and counselors, while conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback. Facilitate training opportunities, monitor patient outcomes against best practices, and assist in resolving clinical issues or addressing staff concerns. Support the screening and interviewing process for new personnel and make employment recommendations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Requires RN licensure, one year of home health management experience, and familiarity with OASIS and EMR systems.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure in good standing
- At least one year of management or supervisory experience in the home health setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with OASIS, care documentation requirements, and interdisciplinary coordination
- Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Kinnser
- Knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory standards
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards
- Must be able to pass a background check
