Job Summary
Provide clinical supervision to resident therapists, evaluate diagnoses, create treatment plans, and sign clinical documentation for pre-licensed providers. Manage staff performance through coaching and improvement plans while overseeing clinic productivity using data. Conduct community outreach and marketing efforts to promote online visibility. Collaborate with the franchise owner on fiscal and clinical efficiency strategies. Maintain office schedules, manage supplies, and respond promptly to client and stakeholder concerns. Requires an LCSW-C with Virginia Board Approved Supervisor licensure, experience in fee-for-service private practice, and ability to see 20 clients weekly. Available for on-site work in Midlothian: Richmond, VA with flexible work-from-home options.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with current licensure in the state of Virginia as an LCSW and be a Virginia Board Approved Supervisor
- Experience providing clinical supervision to LMSW therapist
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Available to be on-site to provide oversight to clinical staff and see patients in Midlothian: Richmond, Va

- Have a strong resume with at least 1-2 years of experience working in a fee-for-service private practice clinical supervisor-level role
- Be comfortable maintaining a weekly patient load of 18 patients
