Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor of the DBT Crossroads Program oversees the Crossroads Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) providing adolescents and adults with intensive outpatient services based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Responsibilities include clinical supervision of leadership staff, program development, and administrative oversight and support. Candidates must have a Master’s Degree and license in a mental health field, management experience in clinical supervision, and a proven success track record in a management role.
