Clinical Supervisor: Occupational Therapy

Clinical Supervisor - Therapy responsible for in-field oversight of clinicians providing home-based care, coordinating at least bi-weekly case conferences, reviewing patient diagnoses and treatment plans, and guiding clinicians to improve outcomes. Leads staff development, coordinates training for nurses in the field, and serves as the primary point of contact for field clinicians to ensure timely and effective patient care. Role includes supervisory responsibilities, performance evaluations, and the development of care plans and objectives for patients in their residence. The position is a hybrid of field work and on-site duties, with 2 days in the Sacramento office and 3 days in the field, covering Sacramento/Placer and Yolo Counties. Requires two years of management or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation therapy context, CA OT licensure, BLS, and a CA Driver’s license.
