Clinical Supervisor (Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist)

Provide direct and indirect supervision, mentorship, and performance management to clinicians across Pawtucket and Lincoln clinics through coaching, feedback, and development meetings. Lead day-to-day clinic operations, including organization, supplies, timesheets, and PTO coordination, while partnering with scheduling to address staffing, productivity, and coverage needs. Ensure clinical quality by overseeing documentation, billing practices, and adherence to organizational standards to reinforce best practices and identify clinician growth opportunities. Maintain an active presence in both locations to foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture built on mentorship and compassionate care.
