Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor will manage a group of assigned clinicians, facilitate training, audit services to ensure adherence to best practices, assist the Clinical Director in developing staff, and maintain a caseload while facilitating weekly group treatment and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires independent licensure as a mental health counselor, leadership experience in a clinical setting, comfort with a range of modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing), and proficiency with cloud-based communication tools and EMR systems. The team delivers behavioral health care to clients across ages, with an emphasis on delivering care in a coordinated, person-centered, and compliant manner.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an independently licensed mental health counselor
- Work authorized in the United States
- English proficiency
- Experience with children, teens, young adults, and adults
- Leadership experience in clinical setting
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/survey software
