Job Summary
Supervise nursing operations for a specific patient population as a member of the unit-based leadership team. Assume 24-hour nursing responsibility in the Manager's or Director's absence. Maintain current Georgia Registered Nurse licensure and hold Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. Work the 7:00pm to 7:30am shift. Additional Life Support credentials such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty
- Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units
- 7:00pm-7:30am
Desired Qualifications
- Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.)
- Other clinical specialty certifications in specific units
