Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor will lead and develop a team of clinicians, facilitating training and quality assurance to ensure services align with recognized best practices. Responsibilities include crisis management across intensive outpatient delivery, maintaining a caseload, and facilitating weekly group treatment (minimum 15 hours). The role requires broad modality experience (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus), clear communication with clients, families, and referral sources, and ensuring regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and DHCS standards. The position emphasizes developing curriculum and engaging clinical scheduling, while supervising staff in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. The role also involves building relationships with referral sources and participating in networking, with a compensation package described as base 65k–85k plus bonus, and potential total cash up to 94k per year. It is remote-enabled per the posting and requires licensure in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an independently licensed mental health counselor, social worker, or marriage and family therapist
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Leadership experience in clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP)
- Experience with a wide range of ages (children to adults)
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/survey software
