Clinical Supervisor (Northeast)

Clinical Supervisor will lead and develop a team of clinicians, facilitating training and quality assurance to ensure services align with recognized best practices. Responsibilities include crisis management across intensive outpatient delivery, maintaining a caseload, and facilitating weekly group treatment (minimum 15 hours). The role requires broad modality experience (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus), clear communication with clients, families, and referral sources, and ensuring regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and DHCS standards. The position emphasizes developing curriculum and engaging clinical scheduling, while supervising staff in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
