Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor leads nursing units to ensure safe, high-quality and cost-effective patient care; collaboratively works with administrative personnel and physicians to improve processes, oversees staffing and patient flow/bed management, and mentors staff while upholding Mercy Service Standards and mission-driven care. Role requires active RN licensure, 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience, and relevant certifications (AHA Healthcare Provider, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC or PALS); BSN preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
- Licensure: Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience: 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
- Certification/Registration: American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period. TNCC , ACLS and ENPC or PALS.
