Job Summary
Develop and manage policies and procedures to ensure effective client care while fostering a positive, trauma-informed culture. Lead client evaluations, treatment planning, and ensure compliance with licensing standards, maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Use data to assess service trends, risks, and outcomes, overseeing clinical processes and team performance. Hire, train, and mentor staff, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations to support professional growth. Ensure confidentiality, promote respectful communication, and monitor health and safety standards across the team. Collaboratively meet budgeted census projections through effective leadership, communication, and planning.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Services, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or clinically related field
- Current LICSW, LPCC, LMFT in Minnesota
- Experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or clinical experience
- Valid driver's license meeting state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements
- Successful completion of a DHS criminal background check
- Openness to meeting the cultural needs of individuals or communities, considering factors such as language, traditions, and values
- On-site at 2121 Campus Dr, Rochester, MN 4 days a week, work one day a week remote
- Full time, 40 hours per week

Desired Qualifications
- Five (5) years' experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or residential experience
- Two (2) years supervisory experience
