Job Summary
Mission Community Hospital seeks 3 Full-Time Clinical Unit Supervisors for the MST Unit. Candidates must have at least 1 year of acute care RN experience and a current RN license. Preferred qualifications include a BSN and certifications in various areas of nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license issued by the California State Board of Nursing
- BLS
- ACLS
- FIRE CARD (within 90 days of hire)
- AVIP (certification required within 60 days of hire)
- NIHSS Certification
- Must have a minimum of 1 year acute care RN experience on assigned unit
- Minimum of 1 year acute care RN Med/Surg, Telemetry, Ortho, or Neuro experience
- Ability to read and communicate (in-person and/or via telephone/intercom) effectively in English
- Basic computer knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in multiple language(s)
- Acute/Critical Care Certification preferred
- Specialty certification preferred
- Arrhythmia/Dysrhythmia(EKG) course - preferred
- PALS - preferred
- TNCC, and CCRN preferred
