Job Summary
Conduct individual and group therapy using evidence-informed, recovery-oriented approaches while completing biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation. Coordinate care across disciplines by partnering with medical providers, families, and external resources to support clients throughout the therapeutic process. Lead daily clinical huddles, manage caseload assignments, and oversee admissions, length-of-stay reviews, and discharge planning. Provide clinical supervision to assigned staff through case consultation, performance reviews, and mentorship to foster professional growth. Participate in on-call weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled. Maintain active licensure and credentialing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
- Current independent clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
- 2+ years of clinical supervisory experience
- Experience in addiction, behavioral health, residential, and/or substance use disorder treatment
- Experience with utilization review, medical-necessity documentation, and interdisciplinary care coordination
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, provide constructive feedback, and support staff development
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (including regularly scheduled boosters) and the Flu as recommended by the CDC
