Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor for Med Tele 4W and Cardiothoracic Tele Unit 5W responsible for supervising, planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care and staff performance. Acts as first-line on-site support/resource for employees, physicians, and patients; ensures effective unit operation and supports care coordination. Requires a BSN and CA RN licensure with BLS and ACLS; 3+ years of clinical experience (2+ years in Med Tele/CT Tele) with leadership experience preferred. Full-time shift (Days) at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, CA; base pay range approximately $132,136 to $201,514 plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
- Current unrestricted CA Registered Nurse (RN) License issued by the CA Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from American Heart Association
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in Med Tele or Cardiothoracic Tele or equivalent
- Leadership experience preferred (5 years clinical experience with some leadership)
