Job Summary
Oversee clinical functions of staff to ensure quality of care, regulatory compliance, and adherence to agency policies. Provide individual and group supervision for Mental Health Clinicians, collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure documentation compliance, and monitor care records for required treatment documentation. Work with other supervisors to increase communication, assist clinicians in developing culturally sensitive treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention as required. Remain on call for clinical emergencies and work extended hours as needed. Located in Hemet, CA, this role requires a Master's degree, five years of DMH-contracted mental health experience, and two years post-BBS licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in DMH-contracted mental health settings
- 2 years post BBS licensure
- Word Processing
- Internet
- Ability to learn clinical software
- Basic office skills (i.e. typing, telephone, copier)
- Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
- Ability to commute to various sites on and off campus
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
- DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse Index
- Insurability under Corporate Automobile Insurance
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
