Job Summary
Full-time Clinical Supervisor position providing clinical/administrative supervision for Behavior Support Services programs. Responsibilities include developing individual behavior support plans with the team, monitoring progress through data review, applying trauma-informed and evidence-based practices, delivering ongoing clinical supervision and training to behavior support staff, coordinating interns, ensuring documentation is clear and compliant with HIPAA and DPW regulations, and supporting budgeting and staff development as part of a comprehensive behavioral health program.
Required Qualifications
- MA or MS in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work or related field from an accredited college. Licensure preferred.
- At least two years of experience working with those with ID/Autism; three years of clinical experience in the field.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must complete training in functional behavioral analysis as well as positive behavior supports upon hire.
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania state and county Intellectual Disabilities System, regulations and best practices involving self-determination and principles of Everyday Lives
- Knowledge of best practices in supporting people with a dual diagnosis of Intellectual Disabilities and Mental Illness
- Must be computer literate and have the ability to learn the organization’s various computer programs.
- Valid driver’s license
