Job Summary
Provide high-quality clinical supervision to Beacon Counselling counsellors, volunteers, and placement counsellors while responding to clinical queries and advising on service development. Work alongside the Divisional Management Team to ensure good standards of practice across all services and manage your own case records. Act as a resource for front-line workers by addressing day-to-day practice matters and safeguarding issues in accordance with company values. This 15-weekly part-time role offers £14,578.20 per annum, with a closing date of 28th August 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Member of BACP or other recognised body
- Commitment to continuing professional development
- A Level 4 qualification in counselling and counselling supervision
- At least 2 years post-qualification practice as a counselling supervisor
- Demonstrable experience dealing with a wide range of safeguarding issues
- Legally entitled to live and work within the United Kingdom
