Job Summary
Oversee daily clinical operations in an ENT practice, supervise Medical Assistants and clinical staff, manage staffing and scheduling, mentor and coach the team, collaborate with physicians to improve clinical processes and patient flow, ensure high standards of patient care, document encounters in the EMR, assist with ENT procedures within licensure, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection prevention standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in a physician practice, specialty clinic, ambulatory care setting, or similar healthcare environment.
- Prior supervisory, leadership, charge nurse, or team lead experience.
