Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor oversees service delivery, documentation quality, and staff development in Community-Based Services programs. Key responsibilities include providing clinical supervision, reviewing documentation for compliance, conducting clinical assessments, and delivering crisis intervention services. The role also involves supporting training and performance development of staff and maintaining effective relationships with community partners. Candidates must possess a Master's Degree, relevant licensure in Virginia, and significant clinical and supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience including assessments, treatment planning, therapy services, and crisis/behavioral interventions
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of VADBHDS and DMAS regulations and evidence-based practices
- Proficiency in psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, including in crisis situations.
