Clinical Supervisor - LMFT, LCSW or LPCC

Clinical Supervisor wanted to lead direct client care and supervise up to 6 associate clinicians in a clinician-led, family-centered practice serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families across San Diego and Riverside Counties (and virtually across California). Responsibilities include providing assessments, treatment planning, and care across the lifespan; triadic clinical supervision of associates; reviewing notes; ensuring adherence to clinical protocols; cross-department collaboration to ensure high-quality client care; promoting a positive, inclusive team culture; and performing additional duties as needed. Must hold an active California license as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC with at least 2 years of post-licensure experience, and be able to work evenings/weekends/holidays. The role offers base hourly compensation ($50-$64/hour) with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employment, including medical/vision/dental, 401(k) match, generous PTO/holiday time, flexible time, supervision, onboarding mentorship, and administrative time. In-person positions are available with a dedicated treatment room, and there is an option for virtual work across California.
