Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor needed to oversee direct client care and provide clinical supervision for up to 6 associate clinicians across San Diego and Riverside Counties, with in-person office presence and virtual California-wide coverage. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, triadic supervision, notes review, and adherence to clinical protocols. Requires active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) for at least 2 years, ability to supervise, flexible after-hours availability, strong communication, and organizational skills. Bilingual a plus. Competitive hourly compensation with full benefits; positions offer evenings/weekends and dedicated treatment space. Location options include an on-site San Diego office and remote-capable work across California.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid license with the BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California for at least 2 years
- Invested interest in providing direct care
- Desire to teach and train associate therapists
- Complete documentation with 72 hours
- Able to work prime time hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and/or extended hours as needed
- Able to answer after hours or weekend calls of supervisees for emergent situations
- Proficient computer skills in Google Workspace and EHRs
