Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor responsible for direct client care and clinical supervision of up to 6 associate clinicians. Duties include conducting assessments, treatment planning, triadic supervision, reviewing supervisees' notes, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, coordinating with other departments to maintain high-quality client care, and promoting a positive, collaborative team culture. Requires current CA-licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC with at least 2 years of direct-care experience; ability to supervise, teach, and mentor, and to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends. Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid license with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
- Minimum of 2 years invested interest in providing direct care
- Ability to provide triadic clinical supervision for up to 6 associates (varies by need)
- Proficient in Google Workspace and EHRs
- Strong written and verbal communication; professional demeanor
- Ability to work prime time hours including evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
- Ability to train and mentor associate therapists
- Able to complete documentation with 72 hours
- Bilingual fluency a plus
